LGS Innovations has received a five-year contract from the U.S. Army to support the migration of assets from the service branch’s facilities across South Korea to U.S. Army Garrison-Humphreys.
The company said Monday it will update and migrate the Army’s command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems to a new network infrastructure at Camp Humphreys as part of the branch’s Yongsan Relocation Plan Increment 2C.
LGS will also help the Army plan, engineer, install and test a communications network infrastructure as well as design a virtualized data center infrastructure.
The project aims to transfer assets of the United Nations Command and the U.S. Forces Korea from various military facilities throughout the Korean peninsula to consolidated locations in South Korea.
Kevin Kelly, LGS Innovations CEO, said the company has supported the Army over the past 20 years.
