In-Q-Tel and Algorithmia have formed a partnership with the intent to help developers test and implement algorithms with the use of an application programming interface that is configured to meet application requirements.
IQT said Monday it will gain access to Algorithmia’s Codex algorithms-as-a-service platform as part of the alliance.
Codex works to help developers share their algorithm implementations through a private library and service.
Katie Gray, principal for investments at IQT, said the platform is designed to provide “a new level of collaboration through algorithm discovery and code reuse.â€
Seattle-based Algorithmia runs a cloud marketplace for algorithms and the enterprise service is open to companies and application developers.
