CH2M has received an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the Federal Highway Administration to provide architect-engineer services to the federal lands highway program.
The award represents the company’s sixth general engineering IDIQ contract and complements the 300 previous task orders CH2M performed in rural areas such as the Lake Tahoe Program of Projects in California and Nevada, the company said Tuesday.
Bill Lang, CH2M program manager, said the company collaborates with the Central Federal Lands Highway Division in an effort to help provide safe, sustainable infrastructure for the public’s use and protect U.S. resources.
“Over the past 24 years, our multidisciplinary team has refined and developed its skills, working side by side as peers with CFLHD staff to create a strong understanding of their goals and objectives,†Lang added.
CFLHD executes transportation projects, planning and road inventory services on federal roads, Indian reservation roads and defense access roads.
