Carahsoft Technology and Pixlogic are included in a list of vendors authorized to market cloud-based products and services to the U.S. intelligence community via an Amazon Web Services-run online marketplace.
Carahsoft will offer Pixlogic-made image and video automated search software piXserve to 17 IC agencies through the AWS Marketplace as Pixlogic’s government distributor, Pixlogic said Thursday.
The platform is designed to help users search for images and videos from the system’s index of scanned faces, objects, scenes and text.
“By removing the complexity and delays associated with the procurement of dedicated hardware, time-sensitive projects can now be accommodated in a matter of minutes just by spinning up instances of piXserve on demand and at scale,” said Matt Rattigan, manager of AWS Marketplace solutions at Carahsoft.
AWS government customers will have access to three versions of the piXserve software under a pay-as-you-go licensing model and to training programs from Pixlogic.
