CACI International, the Association of Old Crows and the Center for Security Policy will sponsor an annual national security symposium on Sept. 22 at the Gannett Conference Center in McLean, Virginia.
The ninth leg in the Asymmetric Threat symposia series will focus on the discussion around global threats to U.S. national security, CACI said Thursday.
“The Asymmetric Threat symposia series advances discourse on the most complex, irregular national security challenges that CACI’s customers face every day,†said Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO.
CACI established the nonprofit event in 2008 in an effort to help address asymmetric threats to national security.
The most recent symposium tackled the role of cyber, electromagnetic spectrum dominance and electronic warfare measures in the U.S. national security and the upcoming symposium will focus on how to counter asymmetric threats.
Speakers will include include retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert Elder Jr., retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Michael Manzir, Air Force Lt. Gen. Robert Otto, Jamie Morin, Jody Westby and Greg Zacharias.
