Booz Allen Hamilton has been designated as a member corporate organization of the International Consortium for Agile, a global agile certification and accreditation body.
Under the partnership, Booz Allen will support ICAgile’s learning roadmap and training providers as they administer ICAgile-accredited courses, Booz Allen said Thursday.
Booz Allen intends for the partnership to apply agility across all aspects of delivery and help information technology professionals facilitate the adoption of agile methodology.
“The ICAgile learning roadmap aligns with our fundamental belief in the power of agility across all levels and disciplines of an IT organization,†said Gary Labovich, executive vice president at Booz Allen.
Booz Allen employs more than 700 ICAgile certified professionals, professional and certified Scrum Masters and Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioners.
