Boeing has coordinated with Australia and the U.S. Army to deliver three more H-47 Chinook helicopters to the Australian army 85 days since the company received the order.
The company said Wednesday that these three helicopters bring Australia’s fleet to 10 Chinooks, which are designed to provide pilots situational awareness and also monitor and identify the aircraft’s maintenance needs through its digital cockpit and Cargo Platform Health Environment system.
Australia operates its Chinook fleet in the same configuration as the U.S.
