Xerox will provide operational and managed business platforms and services to government agencies and educational institutions under a contract awarded through cooperative purchasing organization National IPA/TCPN.
The Region 4 Education Service Center awarded the national cooperative contract to Xerox’s public sector solutions business after a competitive solicitation process, the company said Monday.
The contract covers customer service, transaction processing and systems integration support that includes retirement administration, education, human services and public safety assistance as well as retail, account and project management services.
National IPA/TCPN works to facilitate the request for proposal process and comply with transparency requirements in order to provide public sector organizations access to a portfolio of contracts.
