WorldatWork has chosen Vencore as one of 116 organizations awarded with the Work-Life Seal of Distinction for 2016.
The award recognizes an organization’s efforts in employee engagement and the effectiveness of its work-life portfolio through its worker programs, policies and practices, Vencore said Tuesday.
Mac Curtis, Vencore president and CEO, said that the company strives to provide its employees with a work-life balance.
“By understanding the value of investing in their employees, each organization has taken a critical step toward future business success,” said Anne Ruddy, WorldatWork president and CEO.
Recipients of this year’s award include organizations from the education, finance and government industries from 30 different states, the District of Columbia and Canada.
