The Washington Headquarters Services has awarded Boston Consulting GroupÂ an $8.1 million contractÂ to provideÂ subject matter expertise and analysis services in support ofÂ the Defense Department‘s efforts to implement cost management policies, systems and procedures.
Boston Consulting will perform work at the Pentagon and is scheduled to finish April 25, 2017, the departmentÂ said Wednesday.
WHS obligatedÂ the full contract amount from operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
The agencyÂ manages DoD-wideÂ programs and operations for the Pentagon Reservation as well as the department’s otherÂ leased facilities in the National Capital Region.
Bethesda, Maryland-basedÂ Boston Consulting Group offers finance, automotive, education, energy, biopharmaceuticals, environment, engineering, infrastructure, healthcare, insurance, media, entertainment, retail, social impact and telecommunications consulting services.
