DigitalGlobe aims to help the Defense Intelligence Agency develop tools for analysis of mission-critical data from multiple sources as part of a potential five-year, $55 million contract DIA awarded last week.
DigitalGlobe and its subsidiary GeoEye Analytics Inc. will work to deliver all-source analytic services to the agency, the company said Monday.
“I’m excited to extend our partnership with the DIA, building on our pedigree of developing advanced all-source analytics and big data platforms to help our customers discover mission-critical information and narrow the search space,” noted Tony Frazier, senior vice president and general manager of services at DigitalGlobe.
The company included estimated revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization associated with the contract in the company’s fiscal year 2016 guidance.
