RKF Engineering Solutions has won a one-year, $19.7 million contract to support a Defense Information Systems Agency organization’s electromagnetic environmental effects engineering and analysis activities.
The Washington, D.C.-based company will perform the contract work in Annapolis, Maryland, and Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, through June 26, 2017, the Defense Department said Monday.
RKF Engineering Solutions will collaborate with DISA’s Defense Spectrum Organization to analyze equipment and systems intended to help address electromagnetic environmental effects troubles.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract includes four one-year option periods.
DISA issued a solicitation in November 2015 for electromagnetic spectrum services and received seven bids via the FedBizOpps.gov website.
