Qualtrics has reached an agreement with the General Services Administration to provide the company’s insight platform to federal customers in a move to help government agencies gain access to customer and employee insights.
Qualtrics said Friday it has been added to the roster of cloud service providers listed on DigitalGov.gov as part of the arrangement and federal agencies have the permission to use the company’s technology under federal-compatible terms.
“We’re excited to make it even easier for federal agencies and departments to access our robust customer experience and research capabilities,†said Ryan Smith, co-founder and CEO of Qualtrics.
“Many federal agencies already use Qualtrics, including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services where Qualtrics powers the feedback for healthcare.gov,†Smith added.
