Interactive Intelligence Group has earned certification from the Joint Interoperability Test Command for a new version of the company’s open standards-based software suite for customer service management.
Version 2016 R2 of the Customer Interaction Center is now included on the Defense Department‘s approved product list, Interactive Intelligence Group said Thursday.
The list contains the names of vendors that have complied with interoperability and information assurance requirements for collaboration tools used in DoD networks.
The CIC software suite is designed to support an organization’s omnichannel routing, voice self-service, historical and real-time reporting, workforce optimization, outbound dialing, collections and customer relation management and unified communication integration functions.
Interactive Intelligence Group developed the platform to also integrate with active directory and public key infrastructure and common access cards.
The company has maintained its JITC certification for CIC since 2008.
