CloudLock has become the first cloud computing access security broker to achieve an “in Progress” status through the agency authorization route as part of the governmentwide Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
CloudLock said Monday its Cloud Security Fabric Federal Edition serves as a cloud-native CASB and cloud cybersecurity platform that works to secure applications that agencies buy and build.
“We believe that they best way to demonstrate our commitment to security in the federal sector is to partner with agencies directly,” said Ron Zalkind, CloudLock co-founder and chief technology officer.
The company says its cybersecurity system has also received Cloud Security Alliance’s Security, Trust and Assurance Registry certification as well as Ernst & Young‘s SOC 2 Type 2 accreditation.
CloudLock offers content analysis, user behavior monitoring, policy automation, central auditing, incident management, encryption management, security analytics, app control and app discovery services for more than 700 customers from 150 countries.
