Parsons has joined the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology’s fellows program that aims to grow the institute’s cybersecurity and infrastructure expertise.
Biff Lyons, Parsons executive vice president and manager of the federal defense and security division; Josh Salmanson, senior business development director within the defense and security division; and Juan Espinosa, senior project manager, will represent the company to the institute, Parsons said Thursday.
“We look forward to working closely with ICIT in the coming months toward our common goals of building support for and ultimately ensuring the safety of our nation’s critical assets,â€Â Lyons said.
Lyons joined other panelists in an ICIT-hosted discussion on security in urban areas, transportation sector and Internet of Things during the institute’s April 25 forum held in Arlington, Virginia,
Artlette Hart, chief information security officer at FBI, and Jerry Davis, chief information officer at NASA Ames Research Center, also took part in the panel discussion.
