Ankura Consulting Group said Monday that they have appointed Martin Wilczynski, Jason Flemmons and Amy Gonce to senior managing director positions in its U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement and forensic accounting practice under its corporate investigations and financial forensic group.
Wilczynki has worked with worked as a SEC staff for six years with a focus on Department of Justice matters, internal and forensic investigations and revenue recognition issues and related litigation support.
As a former deputy chief accountant of SEC’s enforcement division, Flemmons supervised and conducted financial fraud investigations with clients from the SEC, the DOJ and the Public Company Accounting Oversight board.
Gonce, previous FTI Consulting managing director, has worked in various industries with a range of client work, including forensic accounting, internal investigations, SEC enforcement actions, DOJ investigations, technical accounting support and review and post-acquisition disputes.
