Skyhigh Networks can deploy its cloud security and government policy compliance platform to federal agencies after its certification under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
Skyhigh said Tuesday its Skyhigh Cloud Access Security Broker for Government platform works to provide a software-as-a-service offering to help agencies meet security requirements and achieve U.S. “cloud first” policy compliance.
CASB for Government is designed to facilitate visibility into agency cloud usage and risk and enforce governance policies on data security to mitigate potential threats, Skyhigh added.
The Campbell, California-based company submitted a security assessment package for evaluation by FedRAMP-accredited third-party assessment organizations to achieve the certification.
Skyhigh noted that it is the first CASB to receive a “FedRAMP compliant” designation.
