Salesforce has picked Amazon Web Services to provide a public cloud infrastructure to the customer relationship management company as part of Salesforce’s effort to expand its international service infrastructure.
Salesforce will migrate its Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Community Cloud and Analytics Cloud to the AWS platform under the agreement, AWS said Wednesday.
AWS CEO Andy Jassy said the company’s cloud infrastructure works to support organizations’ efforts to drive agility, reliability, security and efficiency in their business-critical applications.
Salesforce has already transitioned its Heroku, Marketing Cloud Social Studio, SalesforceIQ and Salesforce IoT Cloud services to the AWS infrastructure.
