San Francisco-based software analytics company New Relic has initiated the process to receive a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program certification for a company-build cloud system.
New Relic Software Analytics Cloud will undergo the FedRAMP certification process in an effort to update its application performance capacity and deliver digital experiences for its clients, the company said Tuesday.
“Today, modern government agencies are transforming their technology strategies in order to more effectively serve constituents,†said Erica Schultz, New Relic’s executive vice president of global enterprise sales.
“At New Relic, we are deeply committed to compliance and security,” said Shaun Gordon, vice president and chief information security officer.
He added the company looks to build on its public sector strategy through the certification process and assist government agencies transition to the cloud.
New Relic offers cloud migration, application development, production monitoring, real-time analytics and mobile application management services for public sector agencies.
