An Engility subsidiary has been awarded a potential five-year, $90 million contract to help evaluate the security screening processes and equipment and information technology systems of the Transportation Security Administration.
Engility said Tuesday its unit TASC will perform test planning and execution as well as provide data management and analysis services under the recompete contract.
Lynn Dugle, CEO at Engility, noted the company has supported TSA’s efforts to protect U.S. transportation system and travelers through the agency’s security screening program.
The contract contains a one-year base period and four one-year options and was booked during the second quarter of Engility’s 2016 fiscal year.
