CACI International has been selected to provide electronic warfare software and hardware engineering support to the U.S. Army intelligence and information warfare directorate.
The task order extends the company’s development, engineering and protection services for the Army’s effort to develop cyber, electronic warfare, signals intelligence, radar and intelligence technologies, CACI said Monday.
The software and hardware engineering support is intended to help I2WD protect air and ground platforms from electronic warfare threats, the company added.
Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO, said the company’s investment in the field of electronic warfare aims to help the Army fulfill its mission requirements.
The task order, which was awarded under the Rapid Response-Third Generation contract vehicle, adds to CACI’s intelligence systems and support portfolio, the company noted.
