Fujitsu and BAE Systems have partnered to build a system designed to facilitate use and sharing of cyber threat intelligence data and help organizations respond to cyber attacks.
BAE will integrate its meta-modeling technological platform with Fujitsu’s automation tool in order for the CTI utilization system to generate cyber analysis results in a computational format, Fujitsu said Monday.
Fujitsu noted that it plans to bring the CTI utilization platform to market this year and deploy it for use at the Fujitsu Advanced Artifact Analysis Laboratory that works to perform security data analysis.
The CTI system will be equipped with a scoring tool designed to identify similar malware, a platform intended to display cyber attack diagrams and a function that works to facilitate translation of CTI data.
The platform will also work to receive and transmit CTI data through a standard format created by the technical committee of the Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards.
