ICF International has received two task orders with a combined value ofÂ $14.4 million from theÂ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to provide operations and modernization services in support of theÂ Laboratory Response Network.
ICF said Wednesday it will extendÂ data exchange and laboratory informatics services support to LRN as it works to address public health threats and emergencies such asÂ chemical or biological threats and infectious diseases.
For the first task order, ICF will performÂ operations, maintenance and requirements management support for LRN, the company said.
The award is a re-compete task order worth $8.9 million.
The second agreement — a new task order worth $5.5 million — requires ICF to collaborate with theÂ Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology and Laboratory Services to aid in LRN’s modernization efforts and carry outÂ design, development, testing, implementation and deployment support.
