General Dynamics Senior Technical Lead for cyber systems unit Steve Marker will present at the 2016 Insider Threat Summit in Monterey, California on March 29 and 30.
The event themed “Insider Threat Detection: Defending from Actors within the Network” will tackle personal security issues such as cyber security challenges, evaluation of privileged identities and ethical physical security considerations, General Dynamics said in a post on the company website.
Marker will aim to discuss leverage of big data to identify adverse behaviors, a seven step Insider Threat Detection program and features of the HITS Behavioral Modeling and Shadow Case Management that work to make component sales more cost-efficient, the report said.
Marker supports computer network defense and insider threat detection programs across multiple communities including the Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Defense Department.
