Y2Fox Data Solutions has selected QTS Realty Trust to provide a FedRAMP-compliant cloud platform that works to help meet the requirements of government customers and expand Y2Fox’s business in the public sector.
QTS said Wednesday it will support the deployment of Y2Fox’ production environment on the FedRAMP-compliant VMware vCloud Government Service built on the VMware vSphere platform.
“The rapid adoption of innovative cloud infrastructure solutions is transforming the way the government does business,” noted Dan Bennewitz, QTS sales and marketing chief operating officer.
The data center systems provider said Y2Fox is developing Y2Box, an enterprise software that works to allow government users to work offline while maintaining full sharing permissions and ownership.
Y2Fox is also certified to provide information technology services to federal partners through a Government Services Administration Schedule 70 contract, QTS added.
