The U.S. Navy has awarded a $43 million contract to Peridot Solutions for program management support services to the Marine Corps System Command.
The Defense Department said Monday the contract calls for Peridot to provide portfolio management, administrative, operations, core competency and analytic support for logistics, engineering, contracts and financial management functions.
Marine Corps Systems Command awarded the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a competitive procurement via the Federal Business Opportunities website and will obligate $2.7 million from fiscal 2016 U.S. Marine Corps operations and maintenance funds, DoD added.
DoD said the terms of the contract shall not exceed 60 months and work will be done in Stafford, Virginia, through March 31, 2021.
Peridot Solutions offers strategic IT management consultation and staffing services, including strategic planning and acquisition support, program management, software design, infrastructure and security.
