Nuance Communications has received the U.S. Army’s Certificate of Networthiness for its Output Manager software that works to address the security, compatibility and sustainability requirements to support the service branch’s document workflow.
Mike Rich, Nuance executive vice president and general manager, said in a statement released Tuesday the company’s Document Imaging portfolio added 15 military customers that use AutoStore and Output Manager.
Output Manager was designed to provide security, productivity, cost containment, interoperability, transparency and control for its users using systems that “normalize” incompatible documents needed to be printed out, assess cost efficiency and provide automatic alerts for job interruptions.
Army’s CoN program manages risks and impact of information fielded and is given to an organization fielding, using or managing information systems on the Army Enterprise Architecture or LandWarNet.
