Intel Security and DLT Solutions have formed an alliance that seeks to bolster the two companies’ cybersecurity support to federal partners.
Intel said Tuesday the terms of the partnership includes the development of a cyber lab in the DLT Innovation Center which will be designed as a physical and virtual showcase of cybersecurity services.
Ken Kartsen, Intel vice president of federal sales, said the company looks forward beginning its relationship with DLT which will work to expand the federal market reach of McAfee’s line of threat defense lifecycle systems.
“The federal government is projecting to spend $19B in the coming year to address cybersecurity requirements,†said DLT President and CEO Alan Marc Smith.
Smith added DLT aims to leverage customer relations and company partnerships, such as the one with Intel, to keep a comprehensive portfolio amid rapid innovations in the market.
