Unisys has appointed Inder Singh to the roles of senior vice president and chief marketing and strategy officer at the Blue Bell, Pa.-based technology services provider.
Singh will lead the company’s global marketing and communications group that includes investor relations functions and directly report to Unisys CEO Peter Altabef, Unisys said Monday.
Prior to Unisys, he was a managing director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and before that SVP for strategy and finance at Comcast.
“With his significant experience in the technology sector, Inder is the ideal leader to drive our corporate strategy, enhance our image in the market, and work with both the industry and investor analyst communities,” said Altabef.
“Inder’s leadership and expertise will be extremely valuable as we continue to evolve how we go to market and transform how the market views Unisys.”
Singh’s career includes leadership roles in general management, product development, financial strategy and portfolio management throughout his career, the report said.
Singh also held strategic and financial positions at Cisco, Lehman Brothers, Prudential Financial and AT&T.
