Neel Mehta
Richard Peal serves as vice president of business development and sales enablement at ViON Corp., where he leads the company’s federal business development, capture, proposals, sales operations and partner management.
Peal is also an executive member of the Solution Strategy and Development Group virtual teams for cloud, big data and security services.
He previously served as VP of business development for CA Technologies before ViON.
Peal was also a client sales executive at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, VP of sales for civilian agencies at SAP, DBA team lead for engineering and server operations at UUNET Technologies, implementation manager at CGI and systems analyst at Capital One.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and a second bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Maryland at College Park.
