ECSECS Federal has won a spot in the large business category of the $50 billion General Services Administration Alliant governmentwide acquisition contract for information technology services.

The company will offer its IT services to the Defense Department and other federal users under the contract, ECS Federal said Wednesday.

“A portfolio of flexible, governmentwide and agency-specific full and open contract vehicles is critical to meeting our customer needs and our growth objectives, particularly in the defense and intelligence space,” said George Wilson, ECS Federal CEO and president.

“Acquiring the Alliant contract vehicle was very important to our current and future customers.”
