The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency‘s Tactical Technology Office will hold a proposers day on April 20 and 21 to discuss ways to develop new military technology systems and seek potential contributors.
DARPA said Wednesday it is searching for ideas in agile development, autonomous or cooperative unmanned systems, weapons, power and propulsion proposals for ground, maritime, air and space systems to assist in military missions.
“DARPA is always on the lookout for the next revolutionary ideas that could redefine the state of the art for the capabilities, development times and cost of military systems,†said Brad Tousley, director of the TTO office.
The event will accommodate 150 entrants on each day who are given the opportunity to have one-on-one sidebar discussions with program managers to talk about shared interests or inquiries about DARPA, the agency said.
