The U.S. Army has awarded KeyLogic Systems a five-year $9.5 million technical support contract for services to the Watervliet Arsenal Benet Laboratories facility.
KeyLogic will handle internal networks, perform network vulnerability assessments and provide database support to the facility in New York, the company said Tuesday.
Michael Leibeg, director of KeyLogic national security portfolio, said the company works to continue its eight-year support to Benet Laboratories and address its IT requirements for large-caliber armament systems development.
Watervliet Arsenal serves as the “cannon factory” for the country’s arsenal and houses the Benet Laboratories, which designs and develops large-caliber armaments and mortars, tank guns and artillery cannon for Howitzers.
