Ken Wang, a cyber expert who has worked at the U.S. Navy, has joined the MIL Corp. corporate business development team as cyber lead.
He will oversee the company’s initiative to grow its cyber services for the Naval Air Systems Command and other clients with focus on penetration testing support, MIL said Wednesday.
“Ken’s analysis and assessment experience related to war-gaming is extremely impressive, not to mention his impeccable leadership experience with the Navy,” said Marisa Daley, MIL executive vice president.
The 25-year national security veteran will collaborate with MIL’s cyber lab based in Lexington Park, Maryland, to develop methodologies intended to detect and respond to cyber attacks on naval customers’ operating systems.
Wang most recently worked on cyber issues for the command action group within the Navy’s Cyber Warfare Development Group.
