Cornerstone OnDemand has obtained a Federal Risk Authorization Management Program certification to offer the company’s cloud-based talent management platform to government agencies.
Cornerstone said Tuesday it aims to help agency human resource managers recruit, train and engage workers through its software offering.
“We look forward to continuing to serve the talent management needs of federal agencies and helping to create a more engaged and productive workforce among government organizations,” said Mark Goldin, chief technology officer at Cornerstone OnDemand.
The company secured FedRAMP compliance after Veris Group evaluated the security of its talent management software portfolio.
Veris Group acts as a third-party assessment organization for the federal government-run cloud computing program.
