Martha Bejar, formerly director and CEO of broadband wireless access services company Flow Mobile, has joined the board of directors at CenturyLink.
“Her years of experience in telecommunications and information technology businesses will enable her to make immediate contributions to CenturyLink’s future,” President and CEOÂ Glen Post said in a statement issued Monday.
Bejar has led Flow Mobile over the past three years and is a former chairperson and CEO at Wipro unit Infocrossing, where she oversaw infrastructure technology outsourcing operations.
She previously served as president of global sales and operations at Wipro’s information technology business.
Before that, she held the role of corporate vice president within Microsoft‘s communications sector from 2007 to 2009 as well as president of Nortel‘s Caribbean and Latin America businesses from 2004 to 2007.
Bejar also currently serves on the Polycom board and is co-founder of information, communication and technology services company Red Bison Advisory Group.
