Laura Jolley Appointed Sterling Global Operations HR VP; Alan Weakley Comments

Laura Jolley, a 12-year veteran at Sterling Global Operations, has been appointed as vice president of human resources at the Knoxville, Tenn.-based stability operations services provider.

Jolley previously served as SGO recruiter, human resources generalist, human resources business partner, HR manager and director of human resources, the company said Monday.

“As SGO has continued to grow, most notably in Africa and in commercial risk management and security, Laura has been a significant contributor building an enterprise-level human resource competency,” said Alan Weakley, SGO president and chief operations officer.

“Laura earned this promotion through hard work, dedication, and commitment to our clients’ and employees’ success,” said Weakley.
