Ensco has established a branch office in Perth, Australia, that will offer project delivery and support services to the Australian rail transport industry.
The company said Wednesday it opened the new office in response to a growth of the firm’s railway maintenance planning technology and asset condition assessment offerings.
Jeff Stevens, vice president of Ensco’s rail segment and Australian rail subsidiary, said the business aims to better serve clients in Australia and other Asian countries with the establishment of the branch office.
Ensco formed Ensco Rail Australia in 2013 as part of efforts to address a demand for automated track inspection and data management technologies in the region.
