Jerry Calhoun has served as senior vice president for human capital at Vencore since April 2014.
Calhoun previously worked as SVP of human resources at PAE, where he was responsible for human capital management, workforce realignment, succession planning, performance management and acquisition integration.
Prior to joining PAE in 2012, he was SVP of human resources at Vangent Inc., which General Dynamics acquired in 2011, with responsibility for the alignment of human capital strategy with both short- and long-term goals.
Calhoun has also held other leadership roles at KMS, Scendis, Telos, BDM Corp. and Halifax Engineering and was a district director at the Labor Department‘s office of federal contract compliance before joining the private sector.
He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of New York in Albany.
He is also the chairman of the HR Executive Leadership Council of Executive Mosaic‘s Potomac Officers Club.
