Neel Mehta
Ron Costella serves as senior vice president of enterprise information technology sector within the management services group of AECOM, with responsibility in profit and loss, growth and information technology service delivery.
Costella previously served as a VP and executive director of training and operational services segment at American Systems between February 2013 and September 2015 after he held the role as VP and executive director of human capital services and managed services divisions.
He was responsible for joint programs, U.S. Army training and IT engineering efforts as VP and general manager of Business Plus, a subsidiary of American Systems.
Costella also served as VP of enterprise support services for Capstone.
Before he joined the private sector, Costella was the director of capabilities development at the U.S. Joint Forces Command, Training Directorate; and commander of Special Troops Battalion at Ft. Richardson in Alaska.
He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and received a master’s degree in environmental toxicology from Cornell University.
