Michael Cosgrave serves as senior vice president of cyber and intelligence solutions at CACI International, where he manages an organization that provides cyber mission support to clients in the federal civilian, defense and intelligence markets.
Cosgrave joined CACI in July 2015 after he spent more than three years as a director at Six3 Systems.
He also worked for ManTech International as a division vice president within the company’s mission, cyber and technology solutions unit from April 2008 to March 2012.
In that capacity, he led strategic growth, business development, account planning, capture and proposal activities across the judicial, homeland security and transportation sectors.
Between January 2001 and April 2008, Cosgrave held the roles of information analysis strategic lead, project manager and software engineer at ManTech’s information systems and technology subsidiary.
Before ManTech, he worked at Loki Technologies, Birch & Davis Associates and Tactical Energy Research Services.
Cosgrave is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and a licensed Project Management Professional and served as a U.S. Navy officer from June 1993 to January 1995.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from American University and a master’s degree in information management from George Mason University.
