Science Applications International Corp. has received a 2015 Innovation Award from Deltek for its adoption of a Deltek-built mobile application that works to track employees’ working hours and expenses.
SAIC said Monday it implemented the Touch Time and Expense for GovCon app last year in an effort to connect with the company’s approximately 15,000 workers globally.
Deltek’s technology is “a game-changer for SAIC because we are ensuring that our employees have the tools they need to easily record hours worked correctly, efficiently, anytime, and anywhere,” said SAIC Chief Information Officer Bob Fecteau.
SAIC has also used the Deltek Time Collection and Expense software over the past nine years.
Deltek presents the Innovation Award as part of the firm’s annual Project Excellence Awards program.
