Jacobs Engineering Group has won a three-year contract of an undisclosed value to help BASF manage the chemical manufacturing company’s expansion projects worldwide.
Jacobs said Tuesday it will provide engineering, procurement and construction support to BASF through their partnership.
“Our relationship with BASF spans many years and we are delighted to further strengthen our relationship across the globe,” said Gary Mandel, president of Jacobs’ petroleum and chemicals business.
Germany-based BASF chose Jacobs to be its global engineering partner based on projects that Jacobs has managed for clients in North America, Europe and Asia.
