SRI International has created a new subsidiary that seeks to deliver training, performance assessment, test and evaluation as well as policy analysis services to commercial, government and military organizations.
The company said Monday Ravenswood Solutions is a spinoff of its instrumentation and simulation business.
Dan Donoghue currently leads the new company as president and CEO.
SRI Chief Operating Officer John Prausa noted that Ravenswood will explore domestic and global business opportunities as it works to continue support for clients.
The subsidiary will also offer the FlexTrain “training as a service” system as part of its portfolio.
