ServiceNow will provide cloud services to NASA in support of the NASA Shared Services Center, which seeks to facilitate the delivery of IT, human resources and grant services to employees, contractors and researchers.
The enterprise software firm said Nov. 3Â its cloud-based service management platform works to support the consolidation of NSSC’s systems and automation of 50 services for NASA partners and personnel.
The cloud project aims to “drive innovation that will improve the overall service experience for employees and citizens alike,” said Steve Alfieris, vice president of ServiceNow’s federal business.
The ServiceNow platform currently hosts an IT self-service portal, an HR case management application and an automated grant request processing system.
