Salient CRGT Inc. has received a three-year, $15 million task order through its Guident subsidiary to operate and maintain the applications of the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine.
Salient CRGT will work with partners VersaTech and Appian to perform information technology support for CVM applications, systems and web services used by the scientific community users, the company said Tuesday.
“CVM goes through lengthy, rigorous processes to ensure the health of animals in the United States,†said Tom Ferrando, president of Salient CRGT.
“We have made a firm commitment to provide modern technology for CVM to advance their mission for continued safety and effectiveness in human and animal drugs and feeds,†Ferrando added.
Salient CRGT was formed through a merger of Salient Federal Solutions and CRGT to provide IT modernization and business intelligence services to public sector clients.
