Paul Napier, a more than 20-year veteran of proposal development work, has joined ManTech International as executive director for proposal operations.
ManTech said Monday Napier will oversee the company’s Herndon, Virginia-based proposal center and report to Yvonne Vervaet, senior vice president of business development within the mission cyber and intelligence solutions group.
Napier will also manage the company’s efforts to pursue contracts in his new position.
“His reputation for winning and building successful teams makes Paul a perfect fit to lead our organization’s proposal operations,” said Bill Varner, president of ManTech’s mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group.
Fairfax, Virginia-based ManTech offers national security, C4ISR, information technology, systems engineering, healthcare analytics, logistics, cybersecurity, intelligence, testing and evaluation and environmental services to the federal sector.
