Lockheed Martin has been selected to upgrade Sweden’s airport operational systems in an effort to help share information with stakeholders across the network under a five-year contract.
Swedavia tapped Lockheed to install the latter company’s Chroma suite that comprises a multi-airport operational database, resource management system and flight information displays, Lockheed said Thursday.
Mark Cooper, managing director of transportation and energy at Lockheed, said the company’s partnership with the Swedish airport operator seeks to help facilitate information sharing and collaboration in multi-airport environments.
Swedavia operates 10 state-owned airports in Sweden.
