Neel Mehta
Cynthia Scott serves as senior director of contracts and business strategy at Data Systems Analysts Inc., where she is responsible for the firm’s inorganic growth strategies.
Prior to DSA, Scott was the director of government contracts at Air Products and Chemicals from October 2010 to January 2013.
Scott served as contracts director and diversity/inclusion lead at Lockheed Martin before she joined Air Products and Chemicals.
She joined the private sector after roles with increased responsibility at the U.S. Navy, where she also served as a contracting officer.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in math and computer science from Gwynedd-Mercy College and a master’s in business administration from LaSalle University.
